Directions:
Take Rt. 30 to the Rohrerstown Rd. (Rt. 741)exit; Head south on Rt. 741 (741 starts out as Rohrerstown Rd. then changes into Millersville Road then changes into Marticville Rd. which is where it combines with Rt. 324) Follow Rt. 324 South going straight through the intersection of Long Lane & Marticville Rd. (where the Cherry Hill Orchard’s Store is located). Church is abut 1 mile past Cherry Hill Orchard’s Store. It is a large brick building on the left.

When: May 16th, 6-9pm
Where: Eden Resort in Lancaster
Our entertainment will be Snyder Chalk Talk, "God's Word illuminated through chalk and song."
The food: A buffet with salad, two entrees, and assorted desserts and drinks.
There will be a photographer present though the pictures are not included in your ticket price and will have to be purchased separately. The ticket price to be announced at next grad meeting, Tuesday, March 25th.
Remember to sell Subway Coupon Tickets - this will off-set our price for the formal. This is not mandatory however the more we sell the better price we can offer for our formal tickets. Please if you can sell it will help
everyone.

Remember there is a contest going on. SELL SELL SELL
1. Sell Ads! I have attached the advertisement form so everyone may print out and copy as many as they need. When you sell ads, keep track of them and send me a list of who all you sold ads to. The PR committe will need to keep track of who sold what ads and who all bought them to determine who sells the most ads and to make sure all ads are paid for. *The person who sells the most ads will win two tickets to Sight and Sound*
2. If you haven't sent in your bio yet, please send it in ASAP. The PR committee will type all of them up and have each grad proof their bio and
sign off on it if it looks good. My address is: 1504 Reading Rd. Mohnton, PA 19540
3. Please fill out the WGAL Best of Class form to represent CHALC at the Best of Class celebration. That form is also attached. And those will be turned in to the PR committee.
4. People interested in giving a speech at the graduation should send there speeches to chicaking@myself.com
